TIME SENSITIVE, PLEASE
support team,Using a 1/2 and 1/2 for the main content, but now is each column is rendering 1/1. Page rendered perfectly yesterday. Opened this morning and 1/2 columns are now full-width. Changed nothing.
Going back a revision shows one difference in code at the very end:
Was:
[/av_four_fifth]
[/av_section]is now this
[/av_four_fifth] [/av_section]Problem is happening on two pages http://www.voicecarrier.com/intellisip and http://www.voicecarrier.com/intellisip-pri
Changing the order of the columns and refreshing the site does not work.
Columns are set to “Equal height”.

Sorry for the late response. Can you post a screenshot showing the 1/2 rendering as 1/1? I checked both pages but I can see the 1/2 columns working properly on my end.

We are still unable to make changes to our site because the Previews don’t render correctly in the design phase. Updating to 4.0.7 did not correct the problem.
As a business, we can’t wait for an update with a fix. Please assist.

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, are you running the latest version of the theme (4.2.1)?

Themeforest does not have 4.2.1 as the latest version? Where is 4.2.1? FTP update is not an option for me.
Deploying the update from inside WP under “Theme Updates” reads: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.2).”
Also tried “Check Manually” button. Shows I’m up to date.Access information provided below.

The page in the screenshot looks different from the pages above. Is that a new page? Please provide the login details in the private field so that we can test the settings.

It can’t be replicated unless you start editing, adding, moving, columns in real-time.
The login information was already provided in this thread.
Please read the thread’s history and the other relevant thread that was provided. The background on this problem and many subsequent questions from Kriesi have been addressed by myself and other users. Should be most of the background needed to assess the problem.Thanks

I created a test page (see private field) but I can’t reproduce the issue. Please edit the test page and re-create the issue so that we can inspect it.

IsmaelAugust 19, 2018 at 7:41 pm #999048Hello, this is happening yet again. Content disappears now about 20 minutes into editing a page. Go to preview and a 90% of the content is simply gone. Have to restore from previous revision and new content is lost. Cleared cache, using latest versions of Enfold and WP, can’t find a pattern to when it happens except being 15-30 into editing.
It happens on several pages, not just one.

Enfold Shortcode Praser shows no errors.

Tried deactivating all plugins and flushed browser cache.
Tried on both Chrome and Firefox.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
