    Hi,

I’ve used Enfold on a number of websites before, but am coming across this problem on my own site.

On my home page (mobile), there is one colour section with 2 columns (one blank, one with a text box) that is adapting the content correctly when viewed on a mobile. However, there is another colour section with 2 columns (one contact form and one text box) that isn’t adapting on a mobile.

This inconsistency is occurring on a few pages on the website and looks horrible.

I was wondering how to fix this on all occurrences. An explanation and solution would be great.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Josh!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

The sections are outside the wrap_all or main container, that’s why they are not resizing as they should. Please edit the pages then move all elements or set of elements inside their own color sections. If you’re not sure what to do, please post the login details here and we’ll edit the page.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,

Thank you for finally getting back to me…

I believe they’re already in their own colour sections – however else would they have parallax backgrounds behind them?

See logins attached at the bottom, please pay attention and fix the pages initially quoted in the first post :)

    Hi!

Thank you for the update. We edited the pages a bit and you’ll notice that there are additional color sections wrapping the elements. Please remove browser cache before checking the page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Looks great, so thank you for your help so far…

However, I cannot see/tell what you’ve done to correct this? You say there are additional colour sections? What do you mean by this, as there aren’t any more colour sections than there was before you changed this…

I’d like to know so I can fix this in the future if needs be, please.

    Hey!

There are additional color sections wrapping the special headings and the separators. If you want, you can go back to the previous revisions so that you can compare it.

    Cheers!
