Trying to recreate the drop down menu of ‘Pages’ on your demo.

Cant find the support anywhere that shows how to make multiple rows/columns for a wide dropdown menu. – Would be really useful for pages such as my shop that have multiple sub categories!

The link you posted is to the overview page and not the specific demo. Please click “remove frame” in the top right corner first.
However, based on your description it sounds like you’d like to use a mega menu:
