The second page is create identical and the slyder is not in a column… have you analyzed the page source code? Thanks, best regards
October 19, 2015 at 1:09 pm #520892Hi 045WEB!
Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately?
Best regards,
YigitOctober 19, 2015 at 2:57 pm #520973Hi,
how can i post privately?October 19, 2015 at 3:00 pm #520977October 19, 2015 at 3:10 pm #520980Ah ok thanks, i didn’t see it.
Ok, info sent!October 20, 2015 at 2:15 pm #521666Hey!
the links from your first post are two different websites and we have only access to the italian version of it. So we can’t compare both backends and we would need admin access to both.
Make sure to have same settings in “Layout” section when editing your page (look on the right side).Best regards,
AndyOctober 20, 2015 at 3:23 pm #521729Hi,
this is a multiste installation, tha you have access in both sites with the same admin.
Check in top left menu “i Miei siti” .. the second menu appeared is “Archiva GmBH”, click here, this is the german site. Thanks, best regards
October 21, 2015 at 8:58 pm #522520Hi!
try to deactivate all your plugins, to check if one is causing this issue. Are you using any caching (plugin)? if yes deactivate caching function and afterwards deactivate caching (plugin) at all. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Ask your host if they are any kind of caching on your server.
Best regards,
AndyOctober 30, 2015 at 4:20 pm #527520Hi,
but is possible thath in italian version there are not problem and in the german versione the column doesn’t work well?
Does the theme support correctly the multisite installation? The italian is the first site created and the german is the second site created by multisite installation
November 2, 2015 at 5:23 pm #528655Hey!
as I already said it could be caused by for example 1.) a plugin or 2.) caching.
Theme should support multisite fine.
Follow the instructions from here and let us know about your results.Best regards,
