Hi Kriesi,
we have been trying to get the links within boxes/columns to work on a Samsung smartphone – the links work neither in the Chrome browser nor in Firefox. No problems whatsoever on desktop or iPhone.
Both the picture and the texts aka the whole box should be linking to subpages. We tried column links as well as individual picture links and text links with and without the column link, nothing works.
Examples:
– Starting page “Haushaltswaren”, “Lederwaren”
– subpage /haushaltswaren/ boxes “Kochen & Zubereiten”, “Backen & Verzieren”, “Elektrogeräte”Since we’re running a bit low on time and patience with our client, please feel free to log in to check how this can be solved.
Thanks a lot!
Kind regards

I checked your site on a Samsung A31 using Chrome, but I can’t see any problems with the links on my end. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem please?
Best regards,

January 5, 2022 at 5:02 am #1334307Hi,
Thanks for the update. I checked on a different Samsung device now, but I still can’t see any problems on my end. Would you be able to record a screencast of the problem please?

MeikeJanuary 8, 2022 at 4:12 am #1334743Hi,
No, we don’t have those exact devices available for testing unfortunately. Is this problem reproducible on other devices, except for the already mentioned ones?

RikardJanuary 9, 2022 at 7:08 pm #1334877Hi,
nope. Would have mentioned of course. So what are we going to do about this?
Did you try to login to check on it?
Kind regards
MeikeJanuary 10, 2022 at 5:09 am #1334924Hi Meike,
If the problem is not reproducible on other devices, then it might be caused by something local like caching. Could you ask your client to use a different or private/incognito browser window to see if that changes anything please? We can’t help you out further with this unless we can actually reproduce the problem on our end.
Best regards,
Rikard -
