Thankyou in advance.

I found this thread on the forum, but not the same issue: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/color-section-uncompatible-with-iphone-ipad
August 13, 2013 at 2:18 am #134830Hi,
It should work properly on ipad or iphone. If you check here, http://responsinator.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.naturaloutlook.com%2F the color section with the mountain image is working fine. Let me tag Kriesi and Devin to check this on an actual iOS device.
Regards,
Ismael
August 13, 2013 at 5:04 pm #134831The iPad was quote new, but not the latest – I wish I could have found out the OS version / update.
I will check back to see if anything is flagged?.
Thanks

August 14, 2013 at 12:37 am #134833Hi Garry,
Yes, I’m getting the same issue on your site.
What are the exact settings for that color section? Are you running WordPress 3.6 right now?
Regards,
Devin
August 14, 2013 at 7:02 pm #134834Hi Devin
WP 3.6 – everything is up to date.
The theme is the most recent with all updates.
The mountain image is uploaded within a colour section ith the following settings in the colour section:
Img Pos: Top Left
Rpt: Stretch To Fit
Bck Att: Fixed
Padding: Default
Shadow: No
Hope this helps?.
On my laptop, it works fine in Chrome and FF – just problems with iPad, iPhone and Safari Version 5.1.9
Many thanks, an a big thankyou to the team for the top notch support, I am delighted with the theme.

August 18, 2013 at 3:26 pm #134835Hi,
There is something off in your css that I can’t put my finger on, but I have real trouble getting anything to move where I want it using css on your site. I even removed the css you used in the custom area, It feels like there are multiple relative/absolute settings got mixed up someplace
As I wrote before, get rid of the layer slider, or give it more height, since i think thats the cause of your empty space around it as well.
thanks,
Nick
August 19, 2013 at 4:49 am #134836Hi Nick,
I have several additions in my Quick CSS from previous queries, could this be what is causing the problem? (below):
I have the fullscreen easy slider in the footer, but haven’t used the layer slider, do you mean I should delete this element anyway, even if not used?.
Thanks Nick,
Gary

}August 25, 2013 at 4:12 pm #134837Hey! Just got a reply from Nick that he tried to fix the issue but gave up after about half an hour becasue fixing one thing resulted in 2 others beeing broken. We are both not sure what exactly is the problem here but some of the cusomizations or plugins are probably the root.
At this point you are probably better off hiring a developer on microlancer.com for 2-3 hours, brief him what you want to accomplish and let him do the heavy lifting. Unfortunately this seems to be to big of a deal for the default support we can provide :/
