Hi,
I’m using a large background video in the hero banner of my homepage. It worked for a couple of months and then stopped. The video is still playing fine on Vimeo and I’ve tried deactivating all plugins to no avail.
Any idea what could be causing this?
Thanks,

LaurenceDecember 8, 2015 at 7:50 am #548564Hi,
Going directly to the URL of your video doesn’t work so I would check the that first: https://vimeo.com/116170117

Sorry, there is no video here.
Either it was deleted or it never existed in the first place. Such are the mysteries of the Internet.Regards,
RikardDecember 8, 2015 at 12:05 pm #548668Hi Rikard,
The video is hidden on Vimeo but still embeddable. I’ve used this technique on other websites with no problem.
I’ve just made it fully visible everywhere just to check, but to no avail.
Thanks,

You’re using an older version of Enfold (3.1.2). Please update Enfold to the latest version (3.4.6).
Cheers!

Thanks
