    Hi team,

I’m having issues with placing an image within a colour section. It won’t let me choose the image at its full size (1500×430) it only allows me to choose smaller sizes.

On one page I am able to select the image at its full size to fill the colour section so I’m confused…I’ve checked my images are the right dimensions but it wont work.

Okay so after a little investigating I’m noticing my jpegs being uploaded to wordpress are being saved at 1310 × 376 for some reason?

My artboards and jpeg dimensions are 1500 x 430 so I’m not sure why this is happening?

    Hi,

Is it the image in private you are referring to? You have several images with that name. Even though it’s named 1500×430, the actual size of the image is 1310×376, please check that the image you are uploading is the correct size.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, could you upload the original file somewhere so that we can check for ourselves please? Please note that this is not theme related.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for that, I got the same results which seemed weird. I can see that you have a plugin which is altering image sizes though. Please see private.

    Hi Rikard,

Thanks for that! I had no idea about this plugin and I think the other admin must have added this.
