Hi!
Can you please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions

is there any solution? i uninstall and re install another wordpress and re install the theme , but it is still the same. the enfold cpnel is not working

~~Please post FTP logins here privately as well so we can look into it~~
Edit: I tried changing color scheme and it did work fine on my end. Please make sure to flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times after applying the changes – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

Hi,

You can refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/ and add a widget area to your header then you can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Or, You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.
