When I add a colored section the elements placed after on the normal canvas still end up in the colored section. This happened since the update to 3.08

    Any solution?

    Hey Ophidian87!

I’m not sure what exactly the problem is, could you please provide screenshots highlighting the problem or elaborate a bit more please?

    Cheers!

    Hi,

Okay let me clarify. Image 1 shows the result were the animated number are over the picture set as colored back ground. In Avia however you see clearly that the animated numbers follow the colored back ground separately. And are not placed in it.

Then a small side question. i wish to remove the top padding above the image slider. I can’t get it right in Revolution Slider. Could you perhaps share me the correct css. Please see the other image explaining what i mean.

    Cheers,

So I am working on a new build since I was open to change some things anyway and start fresh with everything updated. However currently my old build has this issue as the hosting explained me below. Would you know how to make this right so at least my old version is reach able properly until I finish the new one. – thanks. I appreciate all your help!

    Hi,

I had the same issue a few days ago. I played with the Layerslider options and it was solved.

Unfortunately, I Don’t remember wich ones but try activating :
    – Include scripts in the footer
    – Conditional script loading
    – Put JS includes to body

    And keep the others deactivated.

    Cheers,

    Hi!

I can’t see the problem you are getting in your first screenshot, this is what I get on my end: http://imgur.com/lJkz3Vs. What browser are you using and do you have to do any special steps to make the error happen?

About your issues when updating, have you made any changes to any of the .php files? Are you using a child theme? Did you try your hosting company’s recommendation to delete and upload a fresh copy?

    Regards,
    Rikard

I dont see these options on layer slider.

@Rik. Yes the problem seems to have selve solved itself. Still trying to remove the padding in under the menu heading though.

Click on LayerSlider WP (admin menu) then open the “Troubleshooting & advanced settings” menu.
