    The color I set under General Styling at the Logo area doesn’t reflect the one from the live website in Menu and Burger Menu.

    The background color menu bar should be #c50d26.
    Font color #ffffff
    Font hover color #5c0613

    It seems that I’ve resolved the issue by disabling the “CSS file merging and compression” under Performance.
    Plus I have further updated via the Advanced Styling at “Menu links in overlay/slide-out”.

    Yes, you can leave compression disabled while editing the site to ensure that the changes you’ve made are reflected immediately on the front end. You can enable it again once you’re done editing the site.
