June 15, 2023 at 1:54 am #1410659Hi Xiscoj,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked it and it seems that the CSS itself that needs to be added isn’t being added to the page.
Would it be okay to temporarily disable plugins? if not since it’s a live site, can you create a staging site for us instead? so we can try to troubleshoot without affecting your live site and interrupt any visitors you have on your site.Best regards,

I do not know how to create a staging site (I can try if you explain it to me). Disable plugins can be a solution if it is done for a few minutes. I think it may be the CSS compression, I use WProcket, so maybe I have to exclude the problematic CSS file from compression. May this be the solution?
June 15, 2023 at 6:14 pm #1410801Hi Xiscoj,
I tried to deactivate wp-rocket and perfmatters but it does not seem to have any impact.
You can check this tutorial on how to create a staging site: https://wpengine.com/resources/what-is-a-staging-site-why-have-one/#How_to_Create_a_Staging_Site_for_WordPressBest regards,

I found the problem without the staging site mainly because i did not know how to solve it. The problem was with WPRocket, I tried deactivating several options optimizing CSS and JS but did not work, therefore I deactivated the whole plugin. Could you help me with this issue? I do not know to detect where is the problem with this plugin.
It does not matter that the site is active as long as the tests are short.

FranciscoJuly 19, 2023 at 11:08 am #1413691Hi Francisco,
I checked it again and it seems the problem was the image which for some reason WordPress cannot locate (when I checked in Media Library) although the image was still there.
I have re-uploaded the image and it worked properly.
Please review your site.Best regards,
NikkoJuly 19, 2023 at 2:21 pm #1413714Hi Nikko,
Looking at the problem it does not seem that it is a problem with one page but with WpRocket as a whole. As long as I activate it, it gives problem with every slider and masonry block, they do not appear and are blocked. I share with you two pages with problems, currently the plugin is deactivated but if you activate it it starts again and they block.

Can you try a different caching plugin? WP Rocket might just not be suitable for your site or server setup.

NikkoJuly 24, 2023 at 9:11 am #1414191Hi Nikko,
Everything solved. It seems that the lazyload of JS was giving problems. On the other hand, one issue with Polylang gave another fake positive.
Anyway, already solved, so you can close the thread. Thank you!
