    Hi!

    I’ve tried some videos from Youtube and Vimeo but they don’t work. They don’t cover the color section and they don’t autoplay.
    How can I fix it?

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Are you using an embed format of the youtube url? Please upgrade the theme to version 4.5.4 and then post the login details in the private field so that we can inspect the element.

    Thank you for your answer. I’ve tried two or three different links but none is working.

    Here are the login details. I’ll upgrading the theme as soon as the option appear in “Theme Update” options.

    Thanks for the update.

    The video layout looks fine on a test page, using the predefined videos.

    Please try to replicate that setup and make sure that the youtube url format is the same.
