    Hey guys,

    So we trying to find a way to use color sections on pages that have a sidebar where the color sections will be located further down the page after the secondary navigation and a few widgets are displayed in our sidebar. The issue we are finding is that when we introduce a Color Section further down it pushes all the sidebar widget below it. Here is an example on our current project. http://rev.greatercea.org/?page_id=2386

    How do we tell the sidebar to go ahead and display the widgets further up or is there a better approach to using a sidebar but also having full width sections further down the page? Thought I would start here before I got too creative with my layout.

    Appreciate the help and any feedback.

    Hey nshryock!

    Color sections will always be full width and get loaded in before any sidebar on the page but you can use Widget areas to fake a sidebar and include them into the fullwidth layout.

    It isn’t exactly the same as having a sidebar but its the only solution I know of to what you are describing.
