Color section not limited in height. Goes on behind all content below

On top of the page content, I have a color section with a title in in. Below I have a lot of other elements.
When I show the page (front end), all content of the whole page is put within the color section (or the color section runs on behind the other content.

Strange part is when I rebuild the page on a new, empty page, the problem is solved. But when I copy the corrected content (as template) from this ‘fresh’ page to the original page, the problem is there again.

When I enable Avia Layout Builder Debug , the ‘source code’ of the Avia elements on both pages is exactly the same.
