    Hello Kriesi-Team,

    the color section on this website http://groovin-organization.com/ is turing from dark gray to white before the video content is loades. This 1-2 sec. of white screen are problematic because the Menu and the logo aren’t visible.

    Do you have an idea on how to fix this?

    Hi!

    Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.2.3 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps.

    please upgrade to Enfold v3.2.3. and try to deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.

    Hello Yigit and Andy,

    thank you for your response, I updated the theme and tested the plugins but it doesn’t seem to be related to the issue. Do you have another suggestion how to fix this?

    your website is loading fine for me. I can’t see any dark gray background/white background before your video is loading. Could you fix it? Did you check on another computer as well?

    Hi Andy,

    I checked it with different computers and different systems.

    When the website is loaded, first a dark gray background is visible. In the same moment the white menu and logo show up. A totally white screen is following up. Afterwards the preloading icon appears and the video starts to play.

    I’m using a hight speed internet connection and it takes me up to 4-5 seconds to load the video. Is there some kind of time out related to the player, that is used by the theme?

    Hi,

    Please try adding this to Quick CSS for the background colour:

    html {
    background-color: white !important;
}

    Not sure what you mean by time out of the player, videos like that are heavy and a bit slow to load. Are you hosting it on the site itself or a service like youtube?
