On the front page of my site I have a newsletter signup that I want to bring closer to the top. (Actually, I want to make it the second section.) However, I can’t move it up because when I do, the color section (along with the graphic in it) is stretched behind all the other content on the page.
I tried turning off all my plugins to address the problem, but didn’t have any success.
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Sorry about that. Should be good to go now!
August 15, 2015 at 4:25 am #488097Hey!
We can’t edit the page because the advance layout builder is not loading due to script errors. You need to update the theme to the latest version, 3.2.2.

How do I do that? The Update page (on my Child Theme) says I’m Up To Date with 3.1.5?

Here’s a screenshot of my update page.
August 21, 2015 at 10:31 am #491232Hi,
Could you try to update manually? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Latest version of the theme is now 3.3.1
Thanks,
RikardAugust 24, 2015 at 10:03 pm #492515We’re set. I Updated to 3.3.2 as of this morning.
August 25, 2015 at 10:40 am #492762Hi,
Great, I tried logging in as well and that is working too. I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to do with the signup form though, could you send us a screenshot highlighting your intentions please?
Thanks,
RikardAugust 25, 2015 at 7:38 pm #493168Sure. So I just want to move it up, like so:
But this is the result I get:
Want the background for the color section, not below it. Also, I want it to scale the image behind the form to scale to fit to the area.
Does that make sense? :)
August 26, 2015 at 9:59 am #493373Hi,
I logged in but the builder is not loading on my end, are you having problems with it? Please try to deactivate all plugins if it’s not loading on your end either.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 26, 2015 at 5:42 pm #493741Ok, see if you’re still having the problem. I had an extra editor plugin on. Oops.
August 28, 2015 at 10:44 am #494735Hi!
are we allowed to deactivate all plugins temporarily for testing purposes?
Best regards,
AndyAugust 28, 2015 at 7:35 pm #495075Go for it, Andy. Let me know what you find out.

IsmaelAugust 31, 2015 at 5:49 pm #496021Awesome. That’s what I was going for.
What was the problem and was it an easy fix? (Just wondering as I might have to use on new pages elsewhere.)

September 7, 2015 at 6:09 pm #499468Hi!
Not sure what the problem was before but it was most likely a missing tag in your “email sign up form” element. Make sure to double check your code for typos when using textblock / codeblock elements and make sure your closing all tags properly.
