    i found a bug on Android Stock browser with a fixed Background color section

    javascript enabled (browser settings) fixed background is not fixed
    javascript dissabled (browser settings) fixed background is good

    Hi jt!

    Is this on a specific device or version? I’ve tested it on 2.3, 2.4, 4.0 and 4.2 and have not found any issues running chrome/stock browser.

    its a galaxy s3 android 4.1.2 stock browser
    android chrome
    android firefox
    the background shows but is not fixed
