Hello,
after an update of the theme to version 4.7.5 the background images in the color sections of the website are missing.
in the editor (Layout Architekt) the information is still available / the pictures can be seen (Backend), but they are not displayed in the frontend.
What can i do? thanks a lot for help with this!
Best regards,

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

I see the issue on your end. Please disable all your caching and security plugins for a bit and let us check.

I disabled the caching and security plugins and some more, but nothing changes. I tested again in different browser with Browser-Caching cleard.
Can you please have a look again, if you have any idea what is going wrong?
Thanks again!

Please try setting a fixed image, not the parallax, and see if the issue persists.
I am trying the same settings on my end and cannot reproduce the issue.
Best regards,

I changed the setting from parallax to fixed but nothing changed. :-(

What does that mean? You check the settings on another website, or is there a mirror of the specific website – and it’s eventually a server problem? Thanks again for response!

JugalbandiMay 27, 2020 at 6:23 pm #1217099Hi Jugalbandi,
I am checking on my local machine. Let’s try to create a new test page on your website, just with one color section with a background image, and see how it works there.

VictoriaMay 28, 2020 at 5:39 pm #1217461Hi Victoria,
many thanks for the idea to create a new page with color section and background image to try out if the display is correct. Yes, it is!
We have now completely rebuilt the affected page and replaced the previous faulty page with the newly created.
However, the question remains why a theme update destroyed the previously working layout. The answer to this question would be interesting due to the fact that more websites created with Enfold require an update. We would be very reluctant to rebuild a part of the websites every time. Is there perhaps another approach to finding out the cause of this behaviour?
Thanks again for your support!

JugalbandiMay 29, 2020 at 3:39 pm #1217758Hi Jugalbandi,
I cannot really tell you why it happened on your end. I could not reproduce the issue on my end. I am glad it’s working for you now. Unfortunately, things like that can happen with any theme.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
