    I can’t find a way to change color schemes. It always resets back to the funky green text color. Also, the layout will reset from stretched back from boxed or fixed. The main issue is I simply can’t change any of the appearance colors.

    Hi,

    The login details you gave doesn’t work. Can you tell us what has been changed on the site? before the issue you mentioned happened? also we might need ftp access, so we can check the files and error logs.

    Along with the regular login stuff in the last post, ive added an ftp account for you guys (hopefully). I hope all permissions are where they need to be to get you in there.

    Hi,

    I can confirm the issue and checked also the files via ftp however, I couldn’t see any error and a bit hesitant to disable plugins, would you give us permission to disable plugins, it seems like something is blocking it from reflecting the changes.

    Go crazy, I just deactivated them and it didn’t do anything. But your free to poke around, I backed up the theme and wordpress settings, content.

    Side issue, the “starnet” logo at the bottom of the page doesn’t load at all unless you try to resize the screen, then it pops up as it should. Any fix for that?

    Let me know if there’s any progress, I can’t have a style locked theme forever. Thanks!

    Hi,

    I have tested it and it seems it’s working fine now. The only thing is that when you refresh the page, you need to press ctrl + f5 to fetch the new style/options, this is to make sure that the old style/option isn’t loaded since it is cached in your browser.
