All of my color sections with background images are not loading correctly. They are positioned strangely and are out of place — I noticed this with the last update and the current update didn’t fix it.
Here is an example of a page with background images looking weird when you scroll down: http://www.allbarcodesystems.com/services/consultation/
February 2, 2015 at 5:36 pm #389474Hi abskevin!
I couldn’t figure out which version of the theme your using. If it’s not 3.0.8 then update to the latest version and deactivate all plugins and let us know when your done.
Best regards,

I’ve deactivated all my plugins except Quform. I also deactivated that too but the error still persists.
I am using the latest version of Enfold (3.0.8).
Thanks for the help!
February 3, 2015 at 11:25 am #389977I just reactivated all my main plugins since I need them up to run the site but none of the plugins seem to affect the background images when i deactivated all the plugins.
February 3, 2015 at 8:00 pm #390318I just found out that the website looks fine in Firefox and Explorer but Chrome breaks all the background images. I disabled all my Chrome extensions but it still looks broken.

Thanks for the video. I tried logging in though but it says account is not active.

It looks like the images your using are kind of small and your setting them to repeat correct? What happens when you set the background attachment option to “Scroll” instead of “Fixed”?
Cheers!

Yes, I have it on scroll. When I change it to ‘fixed’ it looks fine but I want to leave it on Scroll so it looks the way it should when scrolling.

I tried editing one of your pages but it looks like your getting a javascript error from a plugin. You have tried deactivating all plugins correct?
What happens when you turn off the background repeat and use a larger image for the background? Something around 1000px width.

I’m pretty sure it’s one of your plugins. I deactivated them all and the color sections are displaying fine in Chrome now.
Your also getting a javascript error when editing any page in your dashboard which is coming from a plugin. Reactivate them one by one to see which plugin/s are causing the problem.

February 13, 2015 at 12:32 am #395446Hi Elliot,
Thank you, I don’t know why deactivating all the plugins didn’t work before.
For your reference, it was W3 Total Cache. The CDN (MaxCDN) was messing up and it was the javascript script that was giving me the image errors. I disabled MaxCDN from uploading javascript for now until I can find a better solution.
Thanks again! Please feel free to close this.
