    Hi there,
I have a website with Enfold here:

The frontpage is working fine, but on the french side:
    https://montrealburlesquefestival.com/fr/
(Its a bilingual website, using WPML to run both sides)
two code blocks arent running their shortcode, the Elfsight Instagram plugin, and the newsletter signup plugin (I believe it’s a Godaddy signup plugin)
They are running fine on the english page (you can check to compare) and they ran fine on the French side until yesterday, now suddenly the placeholder code is running.
I have disabled all the plugins (apart from WPML which opens the french page, and the plugins that were running the shortcode) and no change. The fact that everything is running ok on the english side makes the problem strange.
Can you help please? Thanks in advance.

    Hey fanfan2014,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

I’m not sure why this is not working but there’s a workaround. Instead of using the Translation Management extension, try to duplicate the page and then edit it independently. This is going to create a duplicate of the page and you’ll be able to translate the content directly in the advance layout builder.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the response. As you said, it’s not really a ‘fix’ but a workaround…I am worried that it will break again in future for the same, as of yet, unknown reason, and our support period will have expired then. I would have preferred a fix so we knew what the problem is, but I appreciate you taking the time to look into it, and fingers crossed that the workaround fixes the issue for the longer term future:)
    Thanks for the assistance.

We appreciate your understanding to that!

Thank you for letting us know and for your patience.

If you can let us know as soon as you have a stable fix, or have figured out the issue, that would be most helpful. Thanks again:)
