We have a post at https://www.sparkchart.com/automate-survey-task/ with a script to our Zapier templates for our SaaS. The codeblock has been working fine for some time. However I have just noticed that, when logged out of WordPress and viewing as a user, the content is appearing below the footer. When logged into wordpress and viewing the page the content appears in the correct place.

The script is working fine in our SaaS application.

I have pasted the code into the private content.

    Any suggestions thanks? Mark

By the way, this issue happens on any page where we use the codeblock.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Best regards,

Hi Basilis. Thanks but I am a little confused. Are you saying that we cannot use a codeblock Content Element in a page Layout Element? Or are you saying that the code provided by Zapier will not work?

We have added the codeblock inside a half page element toward the top of the page. We want the codeblock to appear where we placed it. Not below the footer.

When logged into the page with WordPress and previewing the content is showing in the correct location on the page (not below the footer).

Here is some more information and screenshots to illustrate the problem clearly.

Here is where the codeblock is placed http://cloud.sparkchart.com/457fafb24336

This is what it looks like when logged in and viewing the page http://cloud.sparkchart.com/94598c6d6023

And here is how it appears when not logged in http://cloud.sparkchart.com/9bc511d12228

    Hopefully that clarifies our issue.

    Thanks, Mark

    Hi,

Yea, unfortunately we do not know how to manage this integration.
Maybe it is better to consider hire someone for this task.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
