Closing P tags being injected at end of sections?

Hello,

While validating my HTML I am noticing that there are closing P tags that are showing up at the end of some sections. I looked in my pages and there is no user added HTML where the P tags live.

The only errors I am concerned about here is the closing P tags that have no opening.
