Hi awesome guys at Enfold!
I have a question is was hoping you could help me with.
I have created a custom Avia Builder element, it’s a really simple element with just one setting to load an image.
Everything works great, except when the element outputs the shortcode, it doesn’t add a closing tag [/my_shortcode]
Leaving the element open, the shortocode parser returns errors.
What am I missing? Would you know why the code isn’t generating the shortcode closing tag, or what do I have to do to get it to add one?
Thanks in advance

Is there a setting to turn on and off the shortcode checker tool? It has suddenly disappeared! Running Enfold latest version. Thanks again.

My issue is actually the inverse, the parser has disappeared and won’t display even if it is in ON

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

As it is, the parser is back, so no need to look into this further, you may close this thread. Thanks!
