close button on burger menus not moving with the menu

Hi Guys
there seem to be few bugs in this latest update -some nice new features none the less

The biggest issue i have encountered involved this issue https://kriesi.at/support/topic/hamburger-menu-not-working-after-update-to-4-1-2/ the work around of using http:// instead of # works but it not ideal as it creates a blank page on desktop which is a crap user experience. can somebody please address this asap.

Another issue which i cant seem to solve is the x button on the burger menu stays in the same position when scrolling please look at http://www.bearessentials.ie in responsive.

Another issue i have discovered and am unsure if it is a custom css or something that existed prior to the update on a tablet I am seeing the social icons both on top and in the main menu bar. I don’t want them to display in the main menu bar just at the top blue bar.

if you could shed some light on these issue it would be much appreciated
