    Hi there,

    I am helping my client make updates to her site. She is using the enfold theme. The site was built by a third party years ago and she doesn’t have the purchase code. I am looking for support on some minor things for her site. Any help would me much appreciated.

    Hey Greg,

    Thanks for the reaching out. It’s difficult for us to know if your client has a valid license or not if she doesn’t have a purchase code. What type of help are you looking for?

    The theme still updates so I assume its active.

    There have been a couple issues that I’ve figured out, despite the fact that the forum hides links when you aren’t logged in… 😐

    anyway, right now I’m trying to figure out what to do when the avia builder won’t load.

    Hi Greg,

    Thanks for the update. I couldn’t see which version of the theme you are running, please make sure it’s 4.4.1 which is the latest one. You can try to go though our documentation on the subject here as well: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly
