all the logo images used were sized to 100px height so they would line up. but the logo slider is not putting them in at the correct size (100% or 100px high) so they do not align properly
can you tell me how to fix that please?

Hey smoothbob,
It appears that the logos are not of the same height please see the screenshot. Once you edit the images to be of same height it will all line up correctly.

this is what I am saying, the images ARE all the same height when I upload them, and as they appear in the media gallery (I checked) they are all 100px high.
but NOT when I add them to the slider

Hi!
Thank you for the clarification, please create the blank template in photoshop which is 220px width and 100px height the height need to remain the same but the width can be less than 220px and max width should be 220px. Scale down the logos wider than 220px and vertically center them and re-upload the images this should give you the look you are after :)
