    Hi,
    I just installed Enfold theme. I click on Layerslider and it immediately redirects me to http://findingresult.com/?pid=9PO98WX17&dn=kreaturamedia.com&rpid=9PO8LGE3M

    Really annoying. How do I keep it from doing this? I would like to create some layersliders but can’t.

    The exact same thing is happening to me. It initially goes to the editing area, then redirects to the link you posted. This was not happening yesterday.

    Same problem here
    I can stop it re-directing by hitting the red cross in my browser window to stop any actions
    I can then do some editing but when I revisit Layerslider WP I have to quickly hit the STOP button again
    Wasssup?

    I’m having the same issue. Goes to some weird external link. My frontpage is missing a whole bunch of information too after I upgrade to a new Enfold theme.

    Hey!

    Please remove all cookies in the browser then restart the system. Let us know if it is still happening.

    Removing cookies didn’t work. Frontpage is still not showing information and takes a long time to load.
    Layerslider seems to be working now. Doesn’t redirect to another website. I’m not sure why my frontpage is all messed up. I haven’t changed anything but update Enfold.

    It resolved itself on my end yesterday, although I cleared cache and cookies yesterday morning before resuming work on my website.

    No updates, but when I refreshed my browser, the issue went away for me. However, I get LayerSlider errors saying that “Method Not Implemented”…this could be my internet host.

    I have emptied the cache and refreshed the browser also tried different browsers and no luck.

    Everyone who is not @hiveminddesign, please start your own thread and include admin login details so that we can have a closer look at your installations. We are not sure what is causing this yet unfortunately.

    Richard, I have done some research. Layer slider had a dns issue and have since resolved it. I guess it takes 24-48 hours for it to resolve. My site is now working. I think it will resolve on everyone else’s too. Thank you.
