    I am trying to install the clickdesk plugin on my site but anytime I update the plugin, it does not work.
    Example: When a customer is on the site and tries to message me, I am not getting the message even though I am logged in.

    Is this plugin compatible?

    Hey DoGrinDigital!

    We did not test it with our themes and if you can’t get it to work it’s probably incompatible. You can try to contact the plugin authors – maybe they can provide some help.
