    Hi,

    I just purchased and installed the Enfold theme on WordPress 4.8 (OVH hosting).

    My problem is the following:

    – click on on the button “Save all changes” on any page of the Enfold settings in the WordPress admin panel
    .. works the first time: shows “Alright sparky…” in less than 3 seconds

    – if I do any other modification then click again:
    .. the button disables (as usual) and starts running for a long time (around one minute)
    .. then it shows “Saving didn’t work – Try reloading the page” and changes are not saved

    At this point, I can either:
    – reload the page (and lose all my modifications)
    – insist and click again (sometimes it works but it’s rare)

    I am very new to this theme (and WordPress in general) but I think something is wrong (and it’s very annoying).
    I have no plugins or themes installed other than Enfold.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, though I’m not sure what URL is supposed to be? For your site or for FTP? We only need access to the backend of WordPress as of now. We might need FTP details further on though.

    Hi Rikard,

    Please see enclosed the access of my WordPress backend

    Problem is in the Enfold areas: if i save changes then do new changes, then try to save it again, it will fail.

    Hi travelsframe,

    I tried changing container width in your theme options. All saved and worked very fast. Which settings were giving troubles? Did you notice?
