    I note from the 4.9 change log that the file class-framework-widgets.php has been removed.

    I used to modify the code in this file to change the appearance of Popular and Recent Posts in the Combo Widget. [Yeah, I know, a bit of a pain to do for every Enfold update but my suggestions (as feature requests) for more and better options as to how the Combo Widget is displayed were ignored by the devs].

    Please can you advise where the code that displays the Combo Widget now resides for me to continue to implement my changes?

    Hey zimbo,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The widget files are now located in the enfold/framework/php/widgets/widget-classes directory. Please look for the class-avia-combo.php file.
