Hi this is a note from. my admin with regards to fatal error ,there is the fatal error in the back-end which will appear when you will customize the theme. But that’s due to theme conflict. You can contact theme support they can update class-avia-gutenberg.php file within theme to make it compatible and avoid connflict. The conflict possibly appeared after updating wp version to 5.4.1. Theme support can better help with this. You can send complete error notice to them. Thank you!

Can you please check the server log for error?

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,

Even with wp_debug not active you will get error while clicking on appearance—-customize. When you will click you will see fatal error message.
