    Whether using the Cincopa shortcode or HTML the error “Video format or MIMI not supported” appears.
    I tried embedding the HTML in another site with different theme, and it works perfectly.
    I tried using your code block and text block – neither work NOW but they were working before?

    Hey mymousepad,
    The error seems to be with the language in the javascript. “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘language’ of undefined”
    I have not heard for this service before, do they give you any language options? Or perhaps a lazy load option?

    I have used the same feature, with both the shortcode and html in other themes with no problems, only enfold (so far) gives an error?

    Hi mymousepad,

    It’s not Enfold that gove the error, the error is when running mediaelement code.

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
