    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. Your screenshots are not loading so I can’t check them unfortunately. Though I can see that you are getting a 522 server error on a few files which is likely causing your problems. You will have to ask your hosting provider why that occurs, it’s nothing we have any control over unfortunately.

We have a first in first out policy on support.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I’m not sure I know exactly what a 522 error is actually, but it seems to be related to CloudFlare? Are you using that? If so it might be a good idea to try to disable it to see if the problem goes away.

I don’t think the problem is due to permissions, that would cause 403 or 404 errors. If you google 522 error there are plenty of resources which might help you out.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

So need to disable cloudfare or can possible hosting provider solve the issue?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I’m not 100% sure, but that error message seems to be related to CloudFlare so that is the first thing you need to check. Your hosting provider might be in a better position to help you out with the error messages you are getting to be honest.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
