Hi,
After update to 3.0.8 i have still the same problem with background fix.

How did you update your theme?I am not able to do so in my Enfold Theme Options – I get this message: Theme Updates
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.0.5)Any support available on this would be helpful.

@tombolt Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overrwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/
