Choosing Multiple Taxonomies

Okay, this seems like it should be a simple thing, but I am trying to create a product grid with mulitple categories. In Enfold, you go to “Select Entries” to select which categories should be displayed, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to choose muliple categories unless they are ordered or displayed together. So if there are 3 categories in order, I can shift and click on those 3 and include them, but I can’t shift and click on them, then go down and add another because they go away. So I have, let’s say 7 categories I wish to add to the product grid, but it won’t let me becuase they are not together. I have always been able to work around this in Enfold but have always thought it was problem too, unless I’m missing something. You can’t select and it drops down as one of your selections, then choose another.
