    I’m using a child theme. Changes made in the child theme stylesheet won’t load for any reason. Any suggestions?

    For this example, it’s for styling of the h2.av-milestone-date. I want to change the font-size using the child theme stylesheet.

    I’ve created two screenshots. The first is showing – a part of – the child theme stylesheet. The second – with dark background – is the stylesheet how it is loaded on the website. This second screenshot is from Chrome developer sources tab. I’m not using any caching plugin.

    Hey Wouter,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    I’ve moved the CSS to the Custom CSS section in the WordPress Customizer. But, it still would be great if you can take a look at the child theme stylesheet issue. I’ve posted the info in the private data field.

    Hi wvanderzee,

    You need to have css merging disabled when you make changes in css, once you’re happy with the result you can enable merging again. This way the changes will be added to the merged files and will apply.

    CSS merging is disabled. But found out it’s a caching issue.
