Hi,
I just recently had an issue with the child theme styles not working. I had them working again after some support here, yet a couple days later they are no longer working again.
I made sure that my WordPress installations uploads folder can be written to and that the new child themes dynamic css file has writable permission set on it as well.
Uploads Folder = 755 > Dynamic Avia Folder = 755 > enfold_child.css =755
enfold.css = 755
index.php = 644Themes Folder = 755 > Enfold Child Folder = 755 > styl.css = 755
functions.php = 755I even tried deleting the enfold_child.css inside the dynamic_avia folder and regenerated it.
But nothing changed the child theme styles are still not appearing.
Did I miss something?

Can we get a admin login to the site with the issue?
Cheers!

I noticed a missing ending bracket on the last bit of your quick css and added it but in general things look correct – except for the overall styles having no option selected.
So I’m wondering if there is a database setting entry where the styling content has gotten somehow modified outside of where the theme is able to re-set the options.
September 10, 2014 at 4:56 am #316261All I do is add a folder to the FTP in the “Themes” folder called “enfold-child”, and in that folder place a default style.css and functions.php file. When I’m finished the site, I’ll copy all the custom css over to the style.css file in the child-theme folder and that’s it.
As far as the database is concerned I don’t even touch that.
Do you think this is possibly is a hosting issue?
All I was doing was saving a colour setting in the general settings and then previewed the site and “BLAM” all the setting where no longer appearing. This is after a few hours of work already done on the site.

September 11, 2014 at 5:46 pm #317546Hey!
I switched to the child theme and did not notice any issues. Please try to clear the browser cache. If you still have problems please describe which styles don’t work.

Thanks
