    Hi, I apologize for writing from here but I couldn’t figure out where to open a new ticket. I had purchased the theme a few weeks ago and uploaded it to sito.it, but the client wanted to change the domain to sitodue.it. So I deactivated the theme on the old domain and uploaded it to the new one, but when uploading the child theme it gives me the following error “Archive not compatible”

    Hey antonella,

    Please try to download the child theme to your local machine, then drag all the files into a new folder. Delete the old folder, then name the new folder enfold-child, then compress the file and upload it to your site.
