i had a child theme configured and running some time ago
few weeks ago the child theme has started hanging the website, while the child theme is running,
i have added woocommerce to this website and as i noticed woocommerce (or else) started the problem with child theme
i have disabled and even uninstall the woocommerce but no change,if i run child theme it shows only HOME PAGE
if i run enfold theme only everything is running great with all plugins running

i tune the Enfold backwhen someone gets to the website http://www.spa-kb.co.il he sees correct main page
BUT if Child theme is running it gos like the attached photo, it get nowhere (like processing )
this stays on unles i surfe to main page as http://www.spa-kb.co.ilthank you
BaruchCan you please check it on another computer / browser? i didn’t note that when i tested it (child theme activated).

i have checked it on 2 different browsers
its not showing the inside site, like pages posts products, only main page is shown
it stays showing my Custom Logo for preloader when child theme is on.
even imported the parent Theme Settings from theme setting import/export
child theme running on my other website http://www.spa-kb.com it is working, with no woocommerse, style.css and funfctions.php ware same

none of the inside page LOAD..
On Enfold i can see the status bar (chrome)
What is loading, i see it load things that are placed on site,
if CHILD THEME RUN is strarts… Loading spa-kb….. And stops.Hi!
I’m not reproducing the issue on my end once the child theme is activated, i’ll ask the rest of the team to see if they can.

it has bean a long time that my website wont run other pages except the main domain root
if i select enfold Child theme to run.
if Enfold theme is selected all inside pages run with no problem,
i have checked it from other computers etc’, with Child theme only Root domain is WORKINGi’ve asked other people to enter inside pages then root domain and they have the same problem.
for example NOT running and meny more

Have you tried disabling the pre-loader setting in the Theme Options to see if it gets fixed?

yes sure i did so before it doesn’t change,
it stays on loading position with no preloader image.
TODAY it did change the inside pages do load. but footer is half shown
pages aren’t as its with the normal Enfold, clients call me and say can’t find or see photos etc’how do i run preloader image and allow surfers move to inside pages
on my other website its working, my other Domain is spa-kb.com

sounds to me as if there are some conflicts or even corrupted files. Try to deactivate all plugins and check if things getting better for your. If that does not help then you would need to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

first i have deactivated all plugins
and Activated them one by one, and tried
none of them changed the visibility of inside pages
at the End i Activated Back all plugins (the ones that were active at first)
and a miracle happened, Child theme runs and pages DO show UP as normal.i have received an Email that says your theme has an Update, the link takes me to 404 Err
i tried updating from theme control panel the system replays no updates are available for your theme
for your Knowledge i’m using licenced Enfold on two of my websitesCheers

It does not matter. If you have edited the parent theme files then those will be gone after updating. It would be best to do your customizations in the child theme. All of your other settings will be saved but you can create a copy of them in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export just in case.

I’m not aware of any “RTL update file”. If your using the latest version of Enfold and if your WordPress installation is set to a language that is RTL then it should display that way automatically. You can do this, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-enable-the-rtl/#post-253680, to force it.
