Hello. I have recently successfully added a child theme to my site. This was after I had already built it (I know the wrong way around but I am new to child themes). I also updated the Parent theme. The site looks fine however the back end interface looks a little wrong. I am not getting the preview panel on the right (that I am on other sites where I installed the child theme first). And I can’t resize the pop up interface window. Finally there a little text thats not clear – I have a screen grab for reference. The TEXT BLOCK and ELEMENT PREVIEW overlap.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

NikkoI have just logged in again using the new admin account I set up and all looks fine. Don’t worry to take this further as its working fine now….

Thanks for the login details and login, but I can’t see any problem on my end. Could you try clearing your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps please? If not then please post a screenshot of the problem and we’ll have a closer look.
