March 15, 2016 at 8:00 am #598218Hey!
We checked the site and there’s an internal server error in the console:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
We are not sure what’s causing it, yet. I checked the cache plugin and there’s a note there:
Make sure the following line is in wp-config.php and it is ABOVE the “require_once(ABSPATH.’wp-settings.php’);” line:
define( ‘WP_CACHE’, true );
Please modify the wp-config.php file as instructed above then check the page again.

IsmaelMarch 15, 2016 at 12:17 pm #598326I have checked these instructions and they are ok in the file wp.config.php

I tell you what the matter is.
I fit all the site, and at the end I realised that I was not working with child theme. So I decided to fit it following the instructions of the documentation, but something was wrong, and now the child theme does not work properly, but I do not how to work it out.I give you all my data in private area, and if you need disable some plugins or working with css, you can do it.
Thanks.
Almudena.March 17, 2016 at 9:45 am #599500Hey!
We checked the site. It would be more helpful if you described the problem accurately… however we noticed that the header is not displaying in the theme… It looks like the installation has not been done correctly. If it is a new install and not setup up with any data i recommend resetting the theme as everything will become as good as new and start with a fresh copy…
You can use a plugin like “Reset Data Base” Note: This will delete all data and settings on the site.
If the above don’t work we need to re-install the theme via FTP.

Vinay KashyapMarch 17, 2016 at 10:44 am #599516Hi, the details of the problem are the followings:
I set my web perfectly and it was finished, when I decided make a change through the child theme. So I installed the child theme and I exported the preferences from the parent theme. In that moment something was wrong and now I can not seen the header, a lot of image, and so onIf I come back to the parent theme everything will be ok, but I would like to work with child theme. Maybe the problem is in the set up of the child theme, but I followed the documentation and I do not where is the problem. So, I reset all the data base, the problem will be increasing, instead to work it out.
With this data, coudl you help me? If not I have to use the parent theme again.
Thanks.March 22, 2016 at 8:47 am #601750Hey!

The theme options are saved in the database. I’m afraid that the theme options are lost the moment you reset the database. You will have to ask your hosting provider to restore the site from a backup if it’s available. If not, you will have to configure the theme options again from scratch. Any task or processes concerning the database should be done with caution because one mistake can ruin the entire site.
Best regards,
