    Hello there,

    Thanks again for the best support in the industry.

    I have a client requesting a checkbox element in the contact form, with a title and mandatory that something is checked.

    Currently (I think) you can only have a “Select Element” that has a title, but when you make checkbox options, there is no header/title.

    Hope this is possible, thanks!
