Hi I’m trying to change the order in which the “Blog Post’s” Multi Author blog style displays it’s elements on the page and re-organize it. If I want it to look like this, which file will I need to edit to get this look? I’m trying to guide a freelancer in the right direction.

It depends on how that page is built. If it is built with blog posts element, than yes.
