changing text does not update on front end

Hi

I haven’t used my backend for ages, I updated everything just now.
When I try to change the text on an existing ‘page’, it does not show in my front end. Can you please advise how to fix so I can update my pages?
I can write a new blog and publish that ok.

I found a thread which said to deactivate plugins, which I did, and opened a new browser to test, but it doesn’t fix it. So I turned them back on.
My page layout has become a mess since enfold changes, (see other thread I opened), but I managed to change the text in the classic section and the avia section. So the backend is showing correct.
i.e.
updating ‘session-pricing’ from $130 to $140, front end still shows $130
‘contact’ page I changed the price of prints and albums to $55 and $240 but frontend still shows the old price 45 and 160.
