Hi,
I would like to change the styling of the website, but it does not work. I already tried disabling the plug-ins and more, but it does not work.
Styling is updated on the theme General Styling page, but the website does not change. LayerSlider is also doing strange things BTW, I wanted to change the logo only, but the complete animation was changed (not for the best).
Please help!
Thanks,
Roger
February 14, 2017 at 11:55 am #746829I see a lot of messages (3 full pages) that were posted later getting a lot of replies, so I hope that this reply to my message will get the message noted, because absolutely no clue why the styling is not changing at all…
February 14, 2017 at 10:42 pm #747154Hi,
We apologize for the delay, a lot of inquiries in the forum lately. Can you try to disable autoptimize? and see if this helps, the plugin caches styles and which prevents the latest changes to reflect on the frontend.
Best regards,
NikkoFebruary 15, 2017 at 10:24 am #747395Hi Nikko,
thanks! But I already tried that (turn off all plug ins). Just tried it again with auto optimize off (as the only one), but it does not work. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but we changed from the orange predefined scheme to the Minimal white scheme (with some colorchanges). And we also changed the fonts to Droid Sans. I do not see the changed colors in the website. It all stays orange. And not sure if the fonts have changed.
Thanks for your help!
best regards,
Roger

TejaFebruary 15, 2017 at 12:57 pm #747442Hi,
well in our case it is not only the header, all parts in the website like buttons and all texts are still in the old styling. Some parts seem to have changed though, but most did not change.
Best regards,
Roger
February 17, 2017 at 11:05 pm #748697Hi,
I tried to access your site, however I couldn’t login with the login details you gave, please check. Also give us permission to disable plugins if necessary.
Cheers!
