Changing padding on text box

Hey,

Love your work.

I would like to decrease the padding on my text boxes, so there is less space between them and other sections, specifically the bottom of the text box. Here is the page:

Also, while I have your ear, can you tell me how to get rid of the header section. Got rid of the breadcrumbs, but not the grey section itself.
