Changing look and feel of tables (specifically for a Zoho form)

I tried to divide my questions into different threads so that they are easier to answer…(sorry for the multiple threads, please let me know if I’m doing this right).

I pasted code from Zoho so that people can download one of our white papers by entering their information, and their information will go straight to our Zoho account. When I paste it in, it creates a table that is large and stylized, but I want it to be invisible and look like a submission form.

Any ideas on how to do this?
