    I just want to change the text on the checkout page in Woo from “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions *” to:
    I’ve read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Return Policy (with a link to the Return Policy Page) *

    Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please? You might want to ask the same question on a WooCommerce forum as well since they are likely to be able to help you out better.
